There are many ways we can reuse or re purpose items in our house.
For instance , when I buy items like salsa or peanut butter in glass jars, I remove the labels and keep them for food storage later. You can also repurpose items such as old t-shirts and turn them into wash rags or bento bags for bulk shopping. There are a lot of different possibilities. Your creativity has no limits! Sometimes I find myself staring at something in my house and coming up with different ways to use it!

Flax Milk DIY
You couldn’t find an easier milk to make. There is no prep! No need to soak the flax at all. All you have to do is blend it up and strain and you’re good to go!
These are the ratios I’m currently using and loving. I take 1/2 a cup of golden flax seed ( you can use regular flax as well) and 6 cups of water. Blend for 1 minute on high, strain using an old cloth , rag, or cotton bag, and then enjoy for 7-10 days! You can also add 2 tablespoons of Maple syrup and re blend one more time for a hint of sweet or add a touch of vanilla! Options are endless.
